Interpretation
The words capitalized in this policy have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Koolie Wipes.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Koolie Wipes, accessible from https://www.kooliewipes.com/
You means the individual accessing or using our Service, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing or using our Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Under Australian Consumer Law, you may cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from when You received the Goods or when a third party appointed by You who is not the carrier takes possession of the product delivered. To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement via email at admin@kooliewipes.com.
Refunds
Once We receive your returned Goods, we will inspect them and notify You that we have received them. We will immediately notify You on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Conditions for Returns
In order for Goods to be eligible for a return:
- The Goods were purchased within 30 days;
- You provide us with proof of purchase;
- The Goods are unused and in their original packaging;
- Items must be returned within 14 days from notifying us via email about returning them;
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made according to Your specifications or clearly personalized;
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery;
- The supply of Goods which are mixed inseparably with other items after delivery;
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You shall bear all costs associated with returning unwanted goods unless otherwise agreed upon by us. We recommend that you use insured postage as We cannot accept liability until We receive the goods back.

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased but shipped directly to you, then upon return receipt we will issue a store credit equivalent in value.
If an item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or sent directly back as a gift, we’ll send store credit equivalent in value directly back to the gift giver.
